Part Time Brand Ambassador
About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brand’s policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring proper sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings and provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Balance tasks effectively, prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience and ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
- Work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
Requirements
A retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to navigate the sales floor and dressing rooms, lift up to 30 lbs., and work in various shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and store personnel.
- Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
