Apart from providing exceptional care, the role also involves conducting regular assessments and implementing behavior modification plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assessments of client behaviors
• Implement behavior modification plans as per the assessment results
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Document all interactions and progress in client files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
