A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Home-Based Behavior Technician in the West Valley area. This role involves providing behavioral support services to individuals with special needs in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and observations
• Provide direct support to clients to improve their social, emotional, and behavioral skills
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support
• Document progress and communicate regularly with supervisors and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for making a difference in people's lives
