Behavior Technician - Full Time (East Valley)

About the role

The role involves providing behavioral support in a residential setting, working closely with clients to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral support plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document all interactions and progress in client files

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral support
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
