Requirements
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements
- Current Large Center Director Certificate OR An active Early Childhood Professional Credential (ECPC), Version 3.0, Level 3 or higher or ECPC, Version 2.0, Level 4 or higher
- One year of experience managing/supervising employees
- Proof of a high school diploma/GED required
Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in any of the following: Child Development; Child Psychology; Early Childhood Education; Early Childhood Special Education; Educational Leadership and Administration; Elementary Education; Family and Human Development; Family Studies; or Special Education (No experience required)
- Option 2: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in an unrelated field + 10 required ECE courses + 455 hours of verifiable experience
- Option 3: Associate’s Degree + 10 required ECE courses + 455 hours of verifiable experience
- Option 4: No degree + 10 required ECE courses + 910 hours ECE Courses

Benefits
- Starting Wage: $25-$27.50 per hour (depending on years of experience and educational qualifications in a group setting)

Schedule
- Work Days: (Part-Time/Split-Shift) Monday-Friday 6:00 am-7:45 am and return 2:00 pm-6:00 pm
- Must be able to work before and after Monday through Friday
- Locations: Altura Elementary School at 1650 Altura Blvd, Aurora, CO 80011, and Highlands Elementary at 1603 E Euclid Ave, Littleton, CO 80121
- Start Date: August 2026
Job Description
Right At School provides local school districts with before- and after-school extended-day programs focused on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. The ideal candidate will drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining team cohesion and productivity.
The successful candidate will implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment. They will also engage meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities include:
- Exhibiting role model qualities, ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a team of staff members.
- Supporting operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date.
- Outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively.
- Continually coaching, fostering respectful relationships among staff to address any challenges or issues promptly to maintain team cohesion, and productivity.
- Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
- Identifying and mitigating any potential risks within the program environment.
- Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building.
- Responding promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust.
- Communicating and collaborating regularly with the Area Manager to support the outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided.
- Maintaining accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs. Ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.

- Experience with working amongst competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders
- Current Large Center Director Certificate OR An active Early Childhood Professional Credential (ECPC), Version 3.0, Level 3 or higher or ECPC, Version 2.0, Level 4 or higher
- One year of experience in a licensed program in a childcare/school setting
- One year of experience managing/supervising employees
- A high school diploma or GED completed
