Part Time Before and After School Site Program Manager -Aurora
About the role
Right At School is seeking candidates for the role of Before and After School Split-Shift Site Program Manager for the 2026-2027 school year, starting in August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Work Days: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-7:45 am and return 2:00 pm-6:00 pm.
- Must be able to work before and after Monday through Friday.
- Locations: Altura Elementary School at 1650 Altura Blvd, Aurora, CO 80011, and Highlands Elementary at 1603 E Euclid Ave, Littleton, CO 80121.
- Start Date: August 2026.
- Starting Wage: $25-$27.50 per hour (depending on years of experience and educational qualifications in a group setting).
Requirements
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements;
- Current Large Center Director Certificate OR An active Early Childhood Professional Credential (ECPC), Version 3.0, Level 3 or higher or ECPC, Version 2.0, Level 4 or higher.
- One of the following:
- Required - 4 yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.);
- 2 yr degrees and 6 mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18;
- 5, 460 hrs of experience (2-3 yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children.
Works well in a team environment.
Experience working with children under 13 years of age is a PLUS.
One year of supervisory/management experience.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Ability to meet state-specific requirements; LIVE Scan Fingerprint, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate/ Cleared TB, CPR/FA.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in any of the following: Child Development; Child Psychology; Early Childhood Education; Early Childhood Special Education; Educational Leadership and Administration; Elementary Education; Family and Human Development; Family Studies; or Special Education (No experience required).
- Option 2: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate Degree in an unrelated field + 10 required ECE courses + 455 hours of verifiable experience.
- Option 3: Associate’s Degree + 10 required ECE courses + 455 hours of verifiable experience.
- Option 4: No degree + 10 required ECE courses + 910 hours ECE Courses.
