Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food items
- Train team members
- Operate cash registers and manage cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
Requirements
- Successful experience as a barista
- Cash handling skills and basic math abilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow dress code
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Complete food handling certification
Physical demands
May include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Pay
$20.00 to $22.00 hourly
