Part-Time Barista / Cafe Worker

About the role

Seeking friendly, customer service-oriented baristas to join a busy café environment. This role involves preparing handcrafted espresso and tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and serving a variety of fresh bread, sandwiches, and pastries.

Responsibilities

• Retail sales and online order management
• Stock replenishment and merchandising
• Cleaning equipment
• Operating registers with cash handling

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee/tea preparation preferred (training provided)
• Friendly, organized, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent drinks and customer experiences
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Good math skills
• Careful attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Pay

$24 to $30+ per hour, including tips.
