Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes and customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
- Provide exceptional service, answer questions, and share information with members and customers
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
- ServeSafe certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely bend and lift over 20 pounds
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a restaurant environment
- Latte art skills
