Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china only.
• Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—tech support included.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running efficiently.

Requirements

• Customer service experience—happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 6 months of banquet food service experience.
• Leadership potential or experience—ability to guide a team and step in where needed.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days).
• Physical stamina—lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
