Part-Time Baking Assistant

Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).

About the role

We are looking for smiling, friendly, and super positive employees to bring joy to guests with cake! This is a part-time position with a schedule of 12-18 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. More hours may be available if willing to cross-train into other positions. Shift times are typically morning (8:30am-4pm) or midday (10am-4pm or 11am-5pm). Some holidays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Baking all cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards and guidelines
• Maintaining par levels of cakes and creating baking plans accordingly
• Making frosting if needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing work station and equipment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work independently with little oversight

Previous bakery experience is a plus, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided to all employees.

Pay

Pay range is based on experience.
