Baking Assistant II - Part Time

About the role

Baking Assistant II - Part Time is responsible for assisting in the preparation and baking of various baked goods under the supervision of the Baking Manager. Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Prepares doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and specifications.
• Operates and maintains baking equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follows food safety guidelines and adheres to sanitation protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service or bakery environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
