Part Time Bakery Clerk

About the role

Cub Chanhassen on Market Boulevard is seeking a part-time Bakery Wrapper to join their team!

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery products
• Stock and rotate bakery products
• Perform clean-up of the department
• Aid in department merchandising as directed
• Assist with customer questions or requests

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate bakery equipment (shrink wrap, label machine, bread slicer, knives, bakery racks, etc.)
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• On-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service
• Good judgment required for tasks without immediate supervision
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Must be able to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age and older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions
• Extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces

Pay

UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
