Part Time Bakery Clerk

Cub Eagan North on Town Centre Drive is looking for a dedicated individual to join the team as a part-time Bakery Clerk. This role focuses on wrapping, stocking, and providing customer service support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and wrap bakery products
• Stock, rotate, and face bakery products
• Perform department clean-up tasks
• Assist with department merchandising as directed
• Respond to customer questions or requests

Requirements

• Operate equipment such as shrink wrap machines, label machines, bread slicers, knives, and bakery racks
• Able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service with ongoing customer interaction
• Exercise good judgment, especially when direct supervision may not be immediately available
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing
• Work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, and repetitive motions
• Extended exposure to varied temperatures and wet surfaces

Schedule

• Varied weekly evening shifts
• Weekends required
