Part-Time Asst Men's Basketball Coach PT

Job Summary

This is a part-time, 12-month, non-faculty position at 19 hours per week work schedule. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist Head Coach in recruiting efforts and setting up tours of college.
• Assist Head Coach in practice planning, training, conditioning, and weight training.
• Absorb and organize inventory of basketball gear, uniforms, and equipment.
• Work cooperatively with personnel in athletic department, attend athletic department meetings and activities, and always represent ABAC positively and professionally.
• Absorb in coordinating facility needs for visiting teams.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Head Mens Coach

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification Required within a month of hire.
• Prior Collegiate Coaching or Playing experience preferred, and Familiarity with NAIA/Southern States Athletic Conference Rules and Regulations preferred.
