Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service
• Supervise staff
• Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of dairy and frozen products
• Ensure proper stock levels and store conditions are maintained
• Assist the Dairy and Frozen Manager with team training, development, and scheduling
• Work in cold freezer areas and temperature-controlled office spaces

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and marking guns
• Preferred: 2‑5 years of retail experience and a high school diploma
