About the role
Seeking a full-time team member to assist in the Dairy and Frozen departments, providing friendly customer service and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dairy/Frozen Manager with overseeing department activities, supervising staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of products.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure attractive shelf conditions.
- Support staff training, development, and scheduling.
Work Environment & Skills
- Work in freezer environments ranging from -20°F to 0°F and store office areas from 65°F to 75°F.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers.
- Previous retail experience preferred; friendly demeanor essential.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years retail experience preferred.
