Part Time - Dairy Department Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Dairy and Frozen Department Associate responsible for providing friendly customer service, assisting the Dairy/Frozen Manager with daily operations, and supervising team members to meet sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support the department team in handling ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of dairy and frozen products.
• Maintain proper shelf conditions, stock levels, and sales floor appearance.
• Help with staff training, development, and scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, basic computer skills, and ability to operate equipment like pallet jacks and case cutters.
• Friendly, courteous demeanor with ability to perform basic math and read/write skills.

Work Environment & Additional Info

Work involves refrigeration temperatures (-20°F to 0°F) and store temperatures (65°F to 75°F). Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, days, and evenings, is required. No travel is necessary.
