Responsibilities

  • Aid in recruiting efforts.
  • Develop and coach student-athletes.
  • Commitment to academic integrity and student-athlete welfare.
  • Assist in fund-raising to support the program’s operational budget.

Requirements

  • Three years of basketball coaching experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Solid administrative skills with the ability to communicate and motivate student-athletes to achieve goals.
  • Willingness to interact comfortably with individuals and constituency groups that are crucial to the advancement of the baseball program along with the department and institution.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
