Part-Time AP Esthetician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and positive Part-time Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our team. You will thrive in a team-first environment, love educating and coaching clients throughout their skincare journey, and be driven to grow professionally and financially.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests
• Perform exemplary services, including but not limited to: 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, brow, and lash services
• Demonstrate, educate, recommend, and sell at-home skincare products
• Create service plans and recommendations based on each client’s unique needs and goals
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; ensure Cosmetology Board compliance at all times
• Maintain accurate and complete records
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service
• Assist in all store operational processes and ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings
• Achieve all services and product goals while following FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines

Requirements

• Advanced Practice Esthetics License (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
• Developed communication skills
• Sales experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Availability on weekends (Required)
