Job Summary
Right At School is seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager to join our team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$24 based on education and experience, flexible scheduling from 2:30 pm-6:30 pm Monday through Friday, and the opportunity to work in multiple locations within the Lamar District Schools.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities
- Document attendance, incidents, and other observations
- Deliver dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Mentor and guide children in play and fitness activities
- Meet regularly with the Area Manager for professional progress and team accountability
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
- One year of supervisor/management experience
- 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed program
