Instruction of Theatre courses, i.e. Intro to Theatre and Playwriting.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Academic background in Theatre
• Knowledge of theatre techniques
• Able to work with potential directors, actors, stage techs, and playwrights

Physical Demands

• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking
• Constantly hearing, talking
• Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and visual inspection

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Theatre is required

Pay

Rate of pay: $765 per workload hour

Schedule

Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer.
