Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. They are a dedicated ABA company committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $23-29 per hour
Part time afternoons
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Shawnee, Colorado

Skills and Qualifications

• Must have current RBT Certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
