What You’ll Do
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
- Collect simple data to track progress
- Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain (support provided)
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
Pay
$23.00 – $29.00/hr (based on experience & certification)
