Parsla Bashko became the new global HR director of Latvian Printful

About the Role

Printful, a Latvian print-on-demand drop-shipping and fulfillment company, has appointed Parsla Baško as its new Global HR Director. According to CEO Alex Saltonstall, Baško’s vision and experience will strengthen and develop teams across Printful’s production facilities and international offices.

Background & Qualifications

• Former HR Director at Rimi Baltic Group (Latvian retail) and Aldaris (Latvian beer and soft-drink distributor).
• Expertise in strategic personnel and change management, employer branding, and company culture.
• Previous role at Schneider Electric (French power-engineering corporation).
• Co-owner of consulting firm Erda and co-founder of recruitment company Find Ada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Latvia.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
