We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. The posting includes description, duties, knowledge, abilities, education/experience/license requirements, environment, physical demands, union, FLSA status, salary range (IAMAW Range 8). No explicit pay amount, but salary range given as "IAMAW Range 8". That's a range but not numeric. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Salary Range IAMAW Range 8. That's a pay range, albeit not numeric. Should we include Pay section? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state Salary Range. So we can include Pay with that info. Benefits: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned. So omit Benefits and Schedule. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll include About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (knowledge, abilities?), Qualifications (education, experience, license), Skills (maybe ability to operate tools, etc). We need to avoid repeating job title. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: Position Description: first paragraph: "This position is under the general direction of the Assistant Parks, Recreation and Aquatics Director and is responsible for performing a variety of manual and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance tasks at City Parks and Recreation facilities, including the Aquatic Center, splash pad, Community Center, park buildings, restrooms, shelters, playgrounds, and other Parks and Recreation facilities and amenities. Work includes routinely inspecting facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance and repair needs; performing preventive maintenance and basic repairs; assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems, fixtures, and equipment; responding to routine and emergency maintenance needs; and operating hand, power, automotive, and other maintenance equipment. Candidates should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting in facilities and the equipment and tools utilized in maintenance. Employees work from oral and written instructions, and established procedures; are expected to work safely and independently and function effectively and cooperatively as a member of a crew; and work in conjunction with various City programs and activities as assigned. Duties require interacting with members of the public respectfully and professionally. Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments and may include exposure to various weather conditions, noise, equipment, machinery, chemicals, and other conditions associated with facility maintenance and Parks and Recreation operations. Physical strength, agility, eye/hand coordination, normal vision, and depth perception are required to perform the duties of the position. This position reports directly to the Parks Maintenance Coordinator II." That's a good prose for About the role. Essential Duties: list bullet points (they are semicolon separated but each starts with a verb). We'll turn each into

  • . Other Duties: "Performs other related work as assigned" - could be included but it's generic; maybe we can include as a duty but it's minimal. Might be okay. Knowledge Of: list of knowledge areas. Ability To: list of abilities. Education, Experience And License Requirements: list. Environment: "Outdoor and indoor environment." Physical Demands: description. Union: "IAMAW" FLSA Status: "Non-Exempt" Salary Range: "IAMAW Range 8" Adopted Last Revised: date. We need to avoid metadata like Job ID etc. Not present. We need to omit duplicated lines. We need to not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to not include application instructions. Not present. We need to not include "The statements contained herein reflect general details..." maybe that's boilerplate but it's about description; could be considered generic but it's part of posting. Might be okay to keep but it's somewhat generic. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic. I'd keep it maybe as part of About the role? It's more about the statements. Might be safe to omit as it's not substantive detail about job. I'd omit. Also "Individuals may perform other duties as assigned including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or to balance the workload." That's generic but could be considered other duties. Might keep as a duty. "The physical demands described above are representative..." also generic; maybe omit. "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." generic; maybe omit. We need to preserve all substantive information; but we can omit generic boilerplate. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say to remove all generic statements, but we should avoid filler. The "Reasonable accommodations" is typical EEO boilerplate; might be considered EEO. So remove. Thus we keep: About the role (first paragraph), Responsibilities (essential duties list + maybe other duties), Requirements (knowledge), Qualifications (education/experience/license), Skills (abilities), Pay (salary range). Possibly also include Environment and Physical Demands under Requirements or Skills? Could be part of Requirements. But we have set headings; we can put environment and physical demands under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for environment and physical demands; we could include them under Requirements or maybe under a separate heading like "Working Conditions" but not in list. Since we must only use the given headings, we could incorporate environment and physical demands into Requirements or Skills. Probably better to put them under Requirements (knowledge, abilities, environment, physical demands). But we already have a Requirements heading for knowledge; we could expand. Alternatively, we could create a section "Requirements" for knowledge, "Qualifications" for education/experience/license, "Skills" for abilities, and maybe include environment/physical demands under Requirements as well. Let's structure:
