Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor campus parking facilities to ensure compliance with UAB and city parking regulations and ordinances.
• Assist with special event parking by managing entrance access to gated lots and ensuring designated areas are properly reserved or blocked.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect signage, as well as striping or barrier issues, to the Assistant Director for Parking Facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with students, staff, and visitors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by UAB policy must be possessed.
• Strong communication and observation skills are required.
