Duties & Responsibilities
- Counsels and educates students, faculty, staff, and visitors on parking regulations.
- Maintains accurate records of parking violations and prepares detailed reports.
- Collaborates with towing services to address illegally parked vehicles.
- Attends training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Customer service or related experience.
- A valid unrestricted Driver's License.
