Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor towards all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests promptly and professionally, addressing them by name when appropriate.
• Provides accurate and calm responses under pressure, using appropriate salutations and greetings.
• Aids guests with directions, information about facilities, and local attractions.
• Accurately collects and reconciles revenue from vehicle parking fees.
• Completes shift reports and cash drop slips with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensures accurate ticket categorization and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Operates various equipment such as registers, gates, and payment terminals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of parking garage policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $24 per hour, with a $1 shift differential for overnight shifts.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is afternoon and overnight, Friday through Sunday.
