Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Uses guest last names during interactions.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $12-$14 per hour plus $3-$7 per hour in tips.

Schedule

The potential work schedule for this position is weekdays, weekends, and all shifts.
