Job Details
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $24 per hour plus tips with a $1 shift differential based on overnight.
Work Schedule
The work schedule for this position is between the hours of 6am to 5pm, Monday through Sunday.

Essential Functions
- Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers.
- Acknowledges and greets guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Uses guest last name at all times when appropriate.
- Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure.
- Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements.
- Secures guest keys immediately after each interaction.
- Produces guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Manual transmission driving ability
- Parallel parking ability
- Reading and writing standard English language
- Reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Writing simple correspondence
- Adding and subtracting three digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with 10’s and 100’s
- Understanding 24 hour and military time systems
- Understanding rates applicable to time passed
Scope of Authority
The employee has control over resources available only.

- Subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather
- Travel of up to 5% may be required
