Lot Attendant – St. Joseph Hospital of Orange $24/HR

Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $24 per hour plus tips with a $1 shift differential based on overnight.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is between the hours of 6am to 5pm, Monday through Sunday.

Essential Functions

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co-workers.
• Acknowledges and greets guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Uses guest last name at all times when appropriate.
• Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure.
• Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements.
• Secures guest keys immediately after each interaction.
• Produces guest vehicle inventory for billing purposes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Manual transmission driving ability
• Parallel parking ability
• Reading and writing standard English language
• Reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Writing simple correspondence
• Adding and subtracting three digit numbers and multiplying and dividing with 10’s and 100’s
• Understanding 24 hour and military time systems
• Understanding rates applicable to time passed

Scope of Authority

The employee has control over resources available only.
