Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assisting with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Maintaining sterile field and instrument counts
• Collaborating with other members of the surgical team

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in OR setting preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Passing scores from the NCLEX-RN exam

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in operating room equipment and procedures
