Parking Ambassador | Part-Time | Acrisure Arena

Responsibilities

• Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
• Monitor parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
• Maximize amount of vehicles per lot
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
• Control/monitor entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots

Qualifications

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred
• Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must
• Poised, friendly, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have reliable transportation
• The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
• The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
• The ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds with or without ability to strengthen by visual observation close, distance, peripheral
