Parking Ambassador | Part-Time | State Farm Arena Parking

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
• Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
• Ability to maximize the amount of vehicles per lot.
• Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Cash Handling—collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
• Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots.

Qualifications

• Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
• Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must.
• Must be polite and friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills, as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to work various hours as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Able to work outdoors with extreme heat and varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
