Parking Account Specialist

Improve commercial follow-through while supporting remote back-office operations for parking and vehicle-assistance field services, including dispatch, scheduling, billing, records, and customer care. The role prioritizes accuracy and traceable execution over superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow by preparing accurate supporting information for quotes as part of parking account specialized execution.
• Review and track follow-up dates and open decisions within the workflow.
• Maintain current CRM or account notes to ensure up-to-date records.
• Track and handoff confirmed opportunities without losing context.
• Own the workflow by clearly capturing traveler or account requirements.

Quality Standard: Success means commercial follow-through is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Requirements

• Confidently use Conversion Support and Parking Account Specialist Documentation in execution.
• Apply Lead Follow-Up without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Quote Support decisions clearly enough for another teammate to follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment in Field Service Back-Office Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
