Responsibilities
- Prepares, directs, and supervises team member assignments for cleaning park facilities including restrooms, dining rooms, patios, attractions, midways, parking lots, and offices
- Inspects all guest areas, team member areas, and company facilities according to Six Flags Fiesta Texas cleaning standards
- Coordinates team members to accomplish additional cleaning tasks for catered outings and special events
- Maintains inventory of cleaning products and supplies; ensures cleaning equipment is in safe working order
- Repairs and maintains some equipment on-site
- Performs routine inspections of work to maintain quality standards for guests and Six Flags Fiesta Texas
- Implements the highest standards of cleanliness
- Motivates team members and ensures efficient use of staff to maximize productivity
- Oversees and trains team members on the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to facilities
- Practices, supports, maintains, and enforces a total safety culture by adhering to all park policies
- Assists Park Services Senior Supervisor in managing staffing, training, and daily operations
- Builds and maintains a positive, high-performance team culture to increase retention, motivation, and morale
- Provides first-class guest service and fosters the same atmosphere among all team members
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels within the Park Service Department
- Monitors staffing and operating supplies budget
- Performs as Manager on Duty for the department daily
- Performs all other duties as assigned to support the Park Service Department and Six Flags Fiesta Texas
- Reports to the Park Services Senior Supervisor
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
- Proficiency with commercial cleaning equipment and procedures
- Commitment to total safety, including knowledge of SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
- Team-first attitude and people-oriented leadership approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and essential computer applications
- Valid state driver’s license with the ability to obtain a Park Driver’s License upon eligibility
- At least 18 years of age

- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office, maintenance, and park environments
- May occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and operational work environments
