Pay: $18.25 per hour. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.

About the role

The Park Services Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the waterpark meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards. Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older. Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a safe and professional workplace by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Great Wolf Resorts handbook and other training material.
  • Protect establishment and guests by maintaining cleanliness of the entire Waterpark, both Front and Back of House, and adhering to all safety standards.
  • Interact with waterpark guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Perform daily routine chores and maintenance of the Waterpark to ensure overall cleanliness and a neat, orderly appearance, including cleaning decks and locker rooms.
  • Ensure windows and doorways are free of fingerprints and smudges.
  • Keep furniture and hard surfaces of public areas clean and organized; maintain floors free of debris and spills, and empty all waste receptacles in public spaces.
  • Clean and sanitize Waterpark restrooms.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience with sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
  • Previous experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to climb multiple flights of stairs on a daily basis.
  • Able to work with chemicals according to directions.
