About the Role
The Park Manager supervises park employees, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns from guests or staff. They interact with families and children of all ages, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment at Kids Empire.
Responsibilities
- Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure their comfort.
- Monitor and ensure employees meet performance goals and job duties.
- Create weekly employee schedules and audit attendance/timeclocks.
- Hire qualified employees and handle HR tasks, including terminations and resignations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
- Train team members on job duties.
- Open and close the park using keys or a code.
- Communicate guest or employee issues to relevant parties.
- Operate the check-in process, including liability waivers and guest information collection via iPad.
- Manage front cash counter operations, including cash and card transactions.
- Verify billing transactions on the POS system.
- Organize and restock refrigerated items (drinks, snacks, ice cream).
- Manage birthday party bookings, setups, and customer satisfaction during events.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for supplies and orders.
- Work closely with corporate teams and communicate via company channels.
- Monitor snack inventory and order replenishments from specified vendors.
- Regularly walk the floor to ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures (tables, chairs, playground equipment).
- Schedule and coordinate family events, ensuring efficient operation.
- Participate in weekly meetings with development teams.
- Verify correct quantities of incoming supplies.
- Communicate with suppliers and third parties.
- Set up time and attendance systems.
- Audit Amazon accounts nationally across all Kids Empire parks.
- Provide operational support via company chats.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
- Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
- Ability to work in noisy environments (e.g., children yelling, music).
- Tolerate hectic and busy work environments during peak hours.
- Work in tight or confined spaces.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience working with children.
- Proficiency in operating an iPad.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
