About the role

Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate and passionate individuals to join our dedicated team. Located in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, adjacent to Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd., Park Gardens offers a unique blend of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed by medical staff.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Commensurate with experience.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour.
• CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour.
• Shift Differential: $1.00 PM's, $2.00 for NOC's.

Schedule

• Full Time/Part Time AM (7a-3p).
• Full Time/Part Time PM (3p-11p).
• Full Time/Part Time NOC (11p-7a).
• Every other weekend included.
