About the role

Sanjie Healthcare Services is seeking Home Health Aides to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals who enjoy enhancing the lives of seniors and disabled clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
• Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
• Provide mobility and walking assistance
• Assist with toileting and personal hygiene
• Remind patients of medication schedules
• Assist with routine transfers and bathing/showering
• Handle transportation and errand running

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified
• Negative TB test result
• Valid driver's license
• Copy of Social Security Card
• Proof of auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Completed HHA Competency test
• Possible federal fingerprinting requirement

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment with at least two verifiable references.

Skills

Specialized training is required for all personal care. Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide is preferred.
