About the role

Always Best Care – Hobe Sound is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care to local Veterans and seniors. The agency offers daily pay options, holiday and overtime pay, travel reimbursement, flexible scheduling, 24/7 RN support, and paid orientation and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing support with:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Health Monitoring: Medication reminders, vital signs, glucose & blood pressure checks
• Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
• Daily Living: Meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping
• Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning
• Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy

Requirements

To qualify, you must have:

• An enthusiastic and caring attitude
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• A Level 2 background check and drug screening
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance with bodily injury coverage
• A recent TB test and physical within the last year
• A current CPR certification within the last two years
• Up-to-date on all required Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Prior experience caring for seniors

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $16 – $18.

Schedule

Schedules are available for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
