About the role

Always Best Care – South Florida is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care to local Veterans and seniors. The agency offers daily pay options, W-2 employment, holiday and overtime pay, travel reimbursement, flexible scheduling, 24/7 RN support, paid orientation, and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc. - Health Monitoring: Medication reminders, vital signs, glucose & blood pressure checks - Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision - Daily Living: Meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping - Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning - Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy

Requirements

- A heart for caregiving - English fluency (spoken & written) - Level 2 background check + drug screening - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage) - Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year) - Current CPR certification (within 2 years) - Up-to-date on all required CEUs - Prior experience caring for seniors
