About the Role
We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are essential in shaping the future of our students and contributing to the success of our educational institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet district and state curriculum standards.
- Engage students in active learning and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other methods.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
- Fulfill administrative duties as required by the school or district.
Requirements
- Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (Master’s degree preferred for some positions).
- Demonstrated experience in classroom management and instruction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
