About the Role
We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles support alternative certification pathways for professionals transitioning into education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned subject areas and grade levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards and district curriculum.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Participate in professional development and alternative certification training programs.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by school or district leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the area of instruction.
- Commitment to pursuing Michigan teacher certification through an alternative pathway.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state certification requirements.
