About the Role

We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various teaching positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are ideal for professionals passionate about shaping the future of students through innovative and engaging teaching methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet district and state curriculum standards.
  • Engage students in active learning through differentiated instruction.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student success.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred for some positions).
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a classroom or similar setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an equitable and inclusive learning environment.
