About the role
Provide support to teachers in preschool classrooms, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities
- Assist with daily classroom management and supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Help with student behavior management
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children preferred

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and empathy towards children
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow instructions and routines
Pay
$14.50 per hour
