Paraprofessional (Para)

About the role

We are looking for a Paraprofessional (Para) to join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT). Your experience working with students has already given you many of the skills needed to succeed in this role. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
