About the role
Transition from a Paraprofessional (Para) to a Behavior Technician (BT) in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your experience supporting students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs has equipped you with skills to build relationships, encourage independence, and help children reach their goals. No prior RBT certification is required—we provide the training and support.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
