Paramedic - Emergency Department - Night Shift - Part-time

About the Role

The ED Technician provides patient care under medical direction and supervision, supporting physicians and nursing staff. They collect clinical data within their certification scope, report findings, and assist in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with hospital policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer care based on physician orders
• Support clinical and psychosocial assessments
• Contribute to achieving the organization's mission of excellent patient care
• Work collaboratively to maintain a trusting environment
• Promote innovative practices in nursing and patient support

Requirements

• Certified as an EMT-Paramedic in Florida
• Minimum of one year of paramedic experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved Paramedic Program

Qualifications & Skills

• Clinical skills in pre-hospital and critical care transport (preferred)
