Paralegal - Probate

About the role

Own the client experience from engagement through completion. Be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the probate or guardianship process while ensuring deadlines are met, communication is proactive, and expectations are clear.

This is not a role where you simply draft documents and pass the file along. Manage your cases, drive them forward, communicate directly with clients, coordinate with attorneys, and help ensure families follow through on both the legal and financial commitments necessary to complete their matter.

Success in this role requires a balance of compassion, accountability, organization, and confidence.
